On occasions 'Life' can be really very challenging, and we are at a loss as to what we can do, often we can’t see the "wood for the trees". I have heard it said many times about “reaching my full potential”, entering into therapy can lead to gaining new insight and awareness in enabling and empowering you in your decision making.
This therapeutic service is offered to suit your needs, by an experienced, trained professional (see ‘About Me’ page). You may feel you need long-term help or brief intervention, I will assess you, and discuss with you, what would best suit your needs to help you through what often seems a very distressing situation.
I work from a number of counselling perspectives including cognitive-behavioural therapy.
Psycho-sexual Therapy is also available for couples or individuals
This means that I am able to work in a number of areas - just some of which I highlight below:

My consulting rooms at the Tavistock practice are central and within close proximity of Plymouth and surrounding areas.
There is parking available and the Tavistock Bus station is within very easy reach.
